Even with the most expensive and well built cars, break downs are not impossible. Through a reality TV show I remember watching a Ferrari sickly running off the track and plunging in a plight of stairs during the very day of its model launch in Italy. The Ferrari team’s corporate communications team were quick to respond and rescue the Ferrari’s brand image and PR.

Every given product or service, including my issue which are security systems, need a backing of a solid customer service and technical support team who offer unwavering help to resolve clients’ issues. After all, these companies consider their clients or patrons to be their own, as how Ferrari’s corporate communications team responded to its hybrid model’s failure – it was their own.

My security service agreement is an unspeakable exemption. What revealed this agreement to be a scam offer was when I knew that the same Wireless Security Systems can be installed within a day’s time. The security company had to make me wait for two weeks to install exactly the same kind of system. Further, their customer support was appalling. The representatives were rude and ignorant – nothing of what we earlier called being ‘of their own.
